Share your link
Once approved, your partner portal gives you a unique referral URL like payclarity.io/?ref=acme. Share it anywhere - newsletter, blog, social, client portals.
Get paid
Every time one of your referrals pays a PayClarity invoice, 20% accrues to your commission ledger. We pay out monthly.

FAQ
How much can I earn?
It's a percentage of what your referrals pay - so it scales with their plan. PayClarity Unlimited is $99/mo (or $59/mo annual). At 20% that's $11.80–$19.80/month per active referral, every month they remain a customer. No cap.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Once your accrued balance crosses $50, we send the payout on or before the 15th of the following month. Below $50 it carries over. We pay via PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer (your choice in settings).
How is attribution tracked?
When someone clicks your unique link (e.g. payclarity.io/?ref=acme), we set a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days. If they sign up within that window - even on a different device, as long as they use the same browser - the referral is yours.
What if a customer cancels or refunds?
If a refund is issued within 30 days we reverse the corresponding commission entry. After that the commission stays. Cancelled customers simply stop generating new commission going forward.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals and same-domain/same-company referrals are excluded. We'll spot it and reverse the commission.
What about agencies who buy seats for clients?
That's our Agency plan, not the referral program - talk to us about volume pricing instead. The referral program is for sending us net-new accounts you don't own.
