- Volume discount or referral commission - can I have both?
- Each PayClarity partner picks one program. Volume discount is for agencies and RevOps firms who manage multiple HubSpot client workspaces and want lower per-workspace pricing on a single consolidated invoice. The referral program is for newsletters, communities, consultants, and individuals who send us prospects and want recurring commission on each customer they refer. Volume partners can earn a referral commission for any tenant they refer outside their managed-workspaces list - but the headline economic relationship is one or the other.
- How does agency billing work?
- Each client gets their own PayClarity workspace (tenant) with isolated data. You receive one consolidated invoice per billing period based on active client workspaces.
- Can my clients log in directly?
- Yes. You invite each client's admins and reps into their workspace. They never see other clients' data. You can stay in an admin role across workspaces.
- Is there a minimum number of clients?
- Agency Partner pricing starts at 3 active client workspaces. For 1–2 clients, use standard retail pricing at payclarity.io/pricing.
- Do clients still get the free trial?
- Yes. Each new client workspace can start with the standard free trial so your customers can validate before you commit them to agency billing.
- Can we resell or white-label PayClarity?
- We do not offer full white-label today. Agency partners deliver PayClarity as part of their RevOps / commission implementation services. Contact us for co-marketing options on Scale and Enterprise tiers.
